I owned three S14 Silvia so far. Because it was the third unit, I wanted to do a drastic modification.
But I did not intend to do an exaggerated modification from the start.
I performed a modification with the friend who ran a body shop. As a result of receiving support and motivation from each other, and having obtained various ideas, it became the way it is now.
It becomes difficult to maintain SR20 engine in Japan. Therefore I performed a swap to a 1uz engine. There are few people doing it elsewhere, and I like V8.
Though my ideal engine is a LS engine from Corvettes, it is hard to obtain it in Japan.
I make the setting of this car better and want to enjoy drifting in future.

Giulio’s verdict: There are two things I need to say about this post. One is obviously about this V8 S14 Silvia. Mad respect for the time and work put into it. You’ve got one of the weapons of choice that a lot of drifters go for and loaded with a V8 for that extra crazy power. I took a walk round this at Wekfest in Nagoya the beginning of this month and I liked pretty much everything about it apart from the body colour, that’s just me though, I’m not saying it’s a bad colour but personally I would’ve gone with something a little different.

The second thing I need to say is, well done to Kohei-san for using English! That saved me a bit of time and embarrassment with translation mistakes. Thank you!
