Car: Toyota MarkX GRX120
This is my Toyota Mark X GRX120. She’s a 2.5L V6 rwd. It’s usually classed in the “VIP” category but I’ve tried to kind of take a slight step away from that to give a more aggressive look. It’s nice to have this 2.5L V6 engine with the exhaust system I recently bought for it as it brings out the lovely V6 sound.
Wheels & Tires: The previous wheels have been thrown away thanks to the, now ex-wife, dinging the hell out of them. Rays Volkracing SF Winning 8.5j upfront 9.5j at the rear wrapped in Hankook v12 235/35/19
Exterior: Noir front and rear bumper trims (both have been repaird because…well, see if you can guess who damaged them), smoked front and rear lights, K-Break boot spoiler, resprayed front grill and GT wing.
Suspension: Lowering springs.
What was your first modification? Boot spoiler.
What was your latest modification? Exhaust.
Do you have any more plans for this car? Change the GT wing to a lower mounted one or get a 326power wing and maybe fender flares.
If you could change anything on your car, what would it be? And why? Engine and transmission. It’s an automatic with literally zero tuning capabilities.
What car would you like to buy next? I’m going through a lot of mixed feelings as to what I should get next. For the price range I’m looking at either one of the following: GC8 Impreza STI Type R, R32/R33 GTR, ER34, RX8, BZR/GT86 or an old light tuned Silvia or Chaser.
